(2) Based on the application made in accordance with the notice published in accordance with the sub-section (3) of section 5, the employees mentioned in that sub-section shall be assigned to the local level according to section 3. In the organizational structure and positions approved at the level, the ministry will adjust the local level, service, group and level within the respective district on the basis mentioned in Section 8.

However, in any local level within the respective district, the employee's service, group or level matching position shall not be adjusted. If this is not possible, they can be adjusted to the local level service posts of other districts within the respective province.

(3) When adjusting the permanent employees of commissions, committees, institutions or organizations of a similar nature, whose services have been transferred to the province or local level, the currently held position And on the basis of educational qualification, adjustments will be made to the corresponding service, group and level of the local level.

(4) Employees who have been permanently appointed by the former local body and have been adjusted according to the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, and who have yet to receive a letter of adjustment, the relevant local level will Within ten days from the date of commencement of the Act, the Ministry shall be informed of the adjustment by giving a letter.

(5) Other procedures of adjustment to be carried out in accordance with this section shall be as determined by the Ministry.
